A vibrant and productive dehesa
Across Acepados’ 220 hectares, a 160-hectare organic olive grove coexists with a young woodland of more than 3,000 cork oak trees already producing cork. Beside the cortijo, a small vineyard planted with the Petit Verdot variety a quiet promise of wine in the making.
More than ten kilometres of private unpaved tracks run through the estate, inviting exploration on foot, by bicycle, or by vehicle. Privacy is absolute: there are no neighbours in sight.

Life lived beneath an open sky
Swimming pool, barbecue area and gardens, all surrounded by greenery, aromatic plants and 360° views of the dehesa.
A versatile space for outdoor lunches and dinners, terraces for long afternoons by the pool and, after nightfall, stargazing under a sky free from light pollution. During celebrations, the garden becomes a natural stage — open sky above, candlelight below.

Where life happens
The cortijo is designed so a large group can spread out or come together whenever they wish. Three shared lounges, a dining table for 24 and a single television, deliberately so.
Fireplace Lounge
Two adjoining rooms with two separate sofa areas; one of them presided over by a large fireplace at the far end. The heart of the cortijo in autumn and winter.
TV Lounge
A spacious living room next to the dining room — the one room with a screen.
Dining Room
Dominated by a large wooden table for 16 diners, a side table for 8 more. Opening onto the kitchen — so nothing is ever far from the table.

TWO KITCHENS
For living the full cortijo experience — or for your catering team
Main kitchen: fully equipped, with two refrigerators, electric induction hob and dishwasher. Designed so a large group can cook and spend time together.
Auxiliary kitchen: used by catering teams as a dedicated work and service area. It has its own fridge and cold storage, complementing the main kitchen.
Barbecue area: two Weber charcoal grills and a wood-fired oven in the garden.

Four unique spaces
Weddings, family celebrations and corporate retreats. The cortijo can host events with the same elegance with the same elegance it brings to welcoming a group of friends.
Cocktail Hall
200 m² on the ground floor, with two open-plan spaces. It was once the covered area where livestock took shelter; today it serves as an indoor cocktail area and open bar on rainy days, and as a games room during regular stays.

A private bar within the cortijo, designed to enjoy a drink calmly, talk unhurriedly and stretch the evening out in an intimate and unhurried atmosphere.
